本研究对3株不同宿主分离的弓形虫抗原成分进行分析。通过制备兔免疫血清及使用免疫印迹技术,证实这些虫株具有免疫反应性的蛋白抗原至少有11种,其中分子量为32000道尔顿的P32蛋白具有很强的免疫原性,在弓形虫早晚期免疫血清中也均能检出P32抗体,确认P32蛋白的生物学功能高度保守,与其它研究报道一致,可以利用P32蛋白进行弓形虫病特异诊断试剂盒的研制。
In this study, Toxoplasma gondii antigen components isolated from three different hosts were analyzed. Through the preparation of rabbit serum and using immunoblotting technique, at least 11 protein antigens were confirmed to be immunoreactive in these strains. The P32 protein with a molecular weight of 32,000 daltons was highly immunogenic. In the early and late stage of Toxoplasma gondii, P32 antibody could also be detected in immune serum, which confirmed the biological function of P32 protein was highly conserved. Consistent with other reports, the P32 protein could be used to develop the Toxoplasmosis-specific diagnostic kit.
