陕西省国土资源厅一年来在矿产资源管理方面取得的成绩:查处无证勘查19起、无证开采909起、以采代探22起、超层越界开采150起、非法转让采矿权32起,吊销采矿许可证96个,注销采矿许可证281个;清理参与煤矿入股108人,撤资1458.7万元,追究刑事责任64人,查处政府机关工作人员参与办矿88人。 Shaanxi Provincial Department of Land and Resources made significant achievements in mineral resources management in the past year: 19 cases of undocumented exploration, 909 cases of undocumented exploitation, 22 cases of exploratory geophysical exploration, 150 cases of super-layer cross-border exploitation, 32 illegal transfer of mining rights, 96 mining licenses were revoked, and 281 mining licenses were canceled; 108 coal mines were diverted, 145.887 million yuan were diverted, 64 were held criminally responsible and 88 government personnel were investigated and dealt with.
