实施可持续发展战略,让整个社会注重资源节约,是党和政府的一项战略决策,同时也是全社会的一种共识。国务院于2012年8月出台的《节能减排“十二五”规划》,是建设节约型社会的行动指南。高等院校作为人才培养、创造创新科技、推动文化传承和创新,实现服务社会经济社会发展目标的重要载体,在推动建设节约型社会,实现中国梦的进程中,有着非常重要的地位。文章探讨了在建设节约型高校过程中财务人员的作用。
It is a strategic decision of the party and government to implement the strategy of sustainable development and make the whole society pay attention to resource conservation. It is also a consensus of the whole society. The State Council released the 12th Five-Year Plan on Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction in August 2012, which is a guideline for building a conservation-oriented society. Colleges and universities, as an important carrier of cultivating talents, creating innovative science and technology, promoting cultural inheritance and innovation, and fulfilling the goal of social and economic development, play a very important role in promoting the building of a conservation-oriented society and realizing the Chinese dream. The article discusses the role of financial officers in building a conservation-oriented university.
