人力资源管理效能评价是企业提高人力资源效率和价值创造能力,确保获取竞争优势的重要途径和方法。文章通过分析电力企业人力资源现状,探讨了开展电力企业人力资源效能评价的重要意义,并借鉴平衡计分卡原理提出电力企业人力资源管理效能评价指标体系,以便不断提高人力资源管理有效性,为实现组织的战略目标和组织绩效发挥作用。
Effectiveness evaluation of human resource management is an important way and method for enterprises to improve human resource efficiency and value creation ability and ensure their competitive advantages. By analyzing the present situation of human resources in electric power enterprises, the paper discusses the importance of carrying out the human resources evaluation of electric power enterprises, and puts forward the evaluation index system of human resource management efficiency in power enterprises according to the principle of balanced scorecard so as to continuously improve the effectiveness of human resource management. Achieve the organization’s strategic goals and organizational performance play a role.
