针对高速公路路桥过渡段路堤沉降病害,提出了一种处治运营高速公路软基差异沉降及桥头跳车的新技术——侧向辐射注浆法。依托试验段工程,采用钻孔取样、Plaxis有限元计算及现场监测等多种手段对加固处理后地基的变形特性进行了分析与研究。结果表明:该技术可有效解决路堤不均匀沉降病害问题,且具有施工简便、施工周期短、对原有路堤破坏小、不影响正常通车等优点,在运营高速公路软基处理中具有推广应用的价值。
Aimed at the settlement of embankment in the transitional section of highway bridge, a new technique called lateral radiation grouting, which treats the differential settlement of soft foundation and the jumping at bridgehead, is proposed. Relying on the experimental section, the deformation characteristics of the ground after the consolidation treatment were analyzed and studied by means of drilling sampling, Plaxis finite element calculation and on-site monitoring. The results show that the technology can effectively solve the problem of uneven settlement of embankment, and has the advantages of simple construction, short construction period, little damage to the original embankment, no influence on normal operation, etc., and has the popularization and application in handling soft ground of expressway value.
