地基基础沉降变形包括初始沉降、固结沉降和次固结沉降。本文从地基基础沉降变形的机理出发,考虑材料的时变性、荷载的时变性和结构的时变性,对软粘土地区的地基基础沉降变形的时变性规律进行分析,并结合已有关于地基基础沉降预测模型的研究成果,针对现有模型的不足之处进行改进,从而提出了一种新的适用于软粘土地区超高层建筑沉降变形的时变性模型。通过实际工程算例的数值模拟计算,验证了该时变性模型的合理性。这种软粘土地区超高层建筑沉降变形的时变性模型的提出,对研究上部结构-基础-地基共同作用的时间效应具有重要意义。
Subgrade settlement and deformation include initial settlement, consolidation settlement and secondary consolidation settlement. In this paper, based on the mechanism of subsidence deformation of foundation, considering the time-varying material, time-varying load and time-varying structure, the time-variation of subsidence deformation of soft soil foundation is analyzed. The research results of the prediction model and the improvement of the deficiencies of the existing models are put forward to propose a new time-varying model suitable for settlement deformation of super high-rise buildings in soft clay area. Through the numerical simulation of the actual engineering example, the rationality of the time-varying model is verified. The proposed time-varying model of settlement deformation of super high-rise building in soft clay area is of great significance for studying the time effect of superstructure-foundation-foundation interaction.
