从光的衍射理论和几何成象理论出发,分析研究了显微物镜焦平面附近小孔光栏的衍射和象平面位置上的成象。用YAG激光器加工出了几微米宽的长方孔。
Based on the theory of diffraction of light and the theory of geometric imaging, the diffraction of the aperture diaphragm near the focal plane of the microscope objective and the imaging at the image plane are analyzed and studied. Using YAG laser processing a few microns wide rectangular hole.
