首先要告诉大家的是:绝大多数药物都能通过乳汁分泌。所以,母亲无论吃什么药,只要喂奶,宝宝就会和妈妈同时服到药物。宝宝的肝肾功能尚未发育完全,对药物的代谢也差,所以,如果这种药物有副作用,就有可能伤及宝宝。但不同的药透过乳汁的浓度是不同的,透过浓度较少,对宝宝的伤害可能也会少;有些药物副作用较少,所以宝宝吃一些也没有太大关系。我向大家介绍一本书。书名为《药物与母乳喂养》,是美国Hale博士写的,已被翻译成中文,由人民卫生出版社出版。这本书也是一位乙肝妈妈给我提供的。在本书中,Hale博士将药物的哺乳危险性分为L1~L5五个等级:
