国有企业在我国社会主义建设进程中起着非常重要的作用,而国有企业的优势之一就是思想工作,它是国有企业经济工作以及其他工作的重心。青年职工在国有企业中占有很大比例,是国有企业日常生产经营活动的主力军。自从1978年改革开放以来,我国国有企业青年思想工作不断创新发展,但当前大量劳务派遣人员进入国有企业工作,使得国有企业职工队伍发生了一些新的变化。随着青年职工的思想状况以及生存发展的新需求,国有企业如何发挥其思想工作的优势充分调动企业员工的生产积极性越来越成为企业的一大难题。
State-owned enterprises play a very important role in the process of socialist construction in our country. One of the strengths of state-owned enterprises is their ideological work. It is the center of gravity for the economic work and other tasks of state-owned enterprises. Young workers make up a large proportion of state-owned enterprises and are the main force in the daily production and operation of state-owned enterprises. Since the reform and opening up in 1978, the ideological work of young people in state-owned enterprises has been constantly innovated and developed. However, at present, the large number of workers dispatched to enter the state-owned enterprises has caused some new changes in the workforce of state-owned enterprises. With the ideological status of young workers and the new needs for survival and development, how state-owned enterprises can give full play to the advantages of their ideological work to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of their employees has become a major challenge for enterprises.
