目的:探讨孕期合理营养和运动控制体重对孕产妇妊娠结局的影响。方法:2018年4月-2019年8月收治产妇100例,随机分两组,各50例。对照组给予常规围产期保健检查及孕期指导;观察

目的:探讨孕期合理营养和运动控制体重对孕产妇妊娠结局的影响。方法:2018年4月-2019年8月收治产妇100例,随机分两组,各50例。对照组给予常规围产期保健检查及孕期指导;观察组给予孕期合理营养指导及孕期运动控制体重。比较两组产妇各产程时间及分娩方式。结果:观察组产妇各产程时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇自然分娩率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对孕期产妇予以营养指导和运动指导,可缩短产妇各产程时间,改善分娩结局。
