叙述了日本JFE钢研单位在实验室条件下采用不同防蚀电位、恒定负荷、变动应力、电化学方法等对API高强度管线钢钢管应力腐蚀裂纹的试验研究。通过X80与X65钢试验对比,得出:在人工海水的恒负荷试验中,X80和X65钢试件相同,都不发生裂纹;在人工海水和低pH值氯化物溶液的变动应力试验中,X80和X65钢裂纹发生的极限条件基本相同。
Describes the experimental study on the stress corrosion cracking of API high strength pipeline steel by Japanese JFE steel research institute under different laboratory conditions using different corrosion potential, constant load, fluctuating stress and electrochemical method. By X80 and X65 steel test comparison, drawn: In the constant seawater load test, X80 and X65 steel specimens are the same, no cracks occur; in artificial seawater and low pH chloride solution stress test, X80 And X65 steel cracks occur under the same limiting conditions.
