文章运用扎根理论的研究方法,以企业高层管理者为研究对象进行深入采访,探讨不同配对方式的师徒关系的演进路径。通过对访谈资料的搜集和编码总结出师徒关系发展的5个阶段:感知组织支持、能力认可、价值观契合、合作和信任(认知信任和情感信任);同时,基于质性资料的分析归纳,构建了3种师徒关系配对方式(组织安排的师徒配对、师傅单向选择的师徒配对以及双向选择的师徒配对)下师徒关系的演进路径。
This article uses the research method of grounded theory to carry out an in-depth interview with the top managers of enterprises, and discusses the evolution path of the mentoring relationship with different matching ways. Through the collection and coding of the interview data, five stages of the development of teacher-student relationship are summarized: perceived organizational support, ability recognition, values fit, cooperation and trust (cognitive trust and emotional trust); at the same time, the analysis based on qualitative data , And constructed the evolutionary path of the relationship between mentoring and apprenticeship under the following three ways of matching mentoring and apprenticeship: teacher-student matching arranged by the organization, teacher-student matching by one-way selection of masters and mentoring matching by two-way selection.
