为了解决煤矿自燃和瓦斯防治的难题,研制出煤矿用材料——凝胶泡沫.采用Ross-Miles法对不同发泡剂进行比较,筛选出一种使用量少、发泡能力强的凝胶泡沫用发泡剂,0.3%~0.5%的使用量发泡高度可达22cm以上.配制出成胶时间可控、凝胶强度大的胶凝剂和交联剂.实验结果表明:凝胶泡沫稳定时间长,在常温常压下10d不脱水,增加了防灭火效果的耐久性;结合凝胶和泡沫的封堵能力,能有效的阻止瓦斯从煤体中释放.通过阻化实验表明,凝胶泡沫能有效的减缓煤的氧化放热速率,抑制煤温的升高,阻化率达到62.23%,很好的抑制了CO在自燃过程中的释放量.
