针对采煤机在实际应用中出现的滚筒割铲板、摇臂扭矩轴异常损坏等问题,结合滚筒装煤效果,提出煤矿综采工作面三机配套中必须保证适当的铲间距。应用数学建模的方法,推导出三机配套中铲间距计算的理论公式,将理论值和实际数据做比较后,提出了确定铲间距的有效方式,很好地解决了滚筒割铲板、摇臂扭矩轴异常损坏或装煤效果差等实际问题。
In view of the problems such as drum shovel plate and abnormal torsion of rocker arm torsion bar in the practical application of shearer, combined with the drum loading effect, it is proposed that proper shovel spacing must be ensured in the matching of three machines in fully mechanized coal mining face. Based on the mathematical modeling method, the theoretical formula for calculating the space between two shovels is deduced. After comparing the theoretical value with the actual data, an effective way to determine the space between the shovels is proposed. Arm torque axis abnormal damage or poor practical effects such as coal loading.
