校企合作的动力不足是困扰高职院校实现校企协同育人的难题。本文从校、企在技术链层面的内在关联入手,分析了学校和技术链上、下游企业对校企合作的不同需求,提出一种“与上游企业合作共建公共技术服务平台,为下游企业提供技术和人才”的校企协同模式(UPD模式),并阐述了该模式的构建要点和效果。UPD模式通过公共技术服务平台的市场化运营,扩大了上游企业的技术输出,增强了对下游企业的技术服务,使学校和上下游两类企业之间建立了差异化的利益纽带,并借助平台的集聚效应使更多的企业资源参与到人才培养中,较好地实现了校企协同的有效性和长效性。
The lack of motivation for the cooperation between school and enterprise is a difficult problem for higher vocational colleges to realize the school-enterprise cooperation.
