我们在为核电厂压力容器材料研究的止裂韧性(KIa)测试技术过程中,初步了解到美国和日本两国也把该技术应用到造船材料的测试上。美国已对结构钢 A36进行了止裂韧性研究。虽然对造船行业我们是外行,最近翻阅了1983~1986年四年间的日本造船学会论文集,就发现了十篇与止裂有关的论文。说明日本造船业的科技人员在积极地应用这项测试技术。从文章中可以看出,日本人搞止裂试验由来已久,60年代就已经出现过这方面的文章。当然,早期的测试技术已经和正在被淘汰,这方面比较先进的测试技术是美国在80年代发展和完
During the KIa testing of pressure vessel materials for nuclear power plants, we learned that the United States and Japan have also applied this technology to the testing of shipbuilding materials. The United States has carried out on the structural steel A36 crack toughness. Although we are laymen in the shipbuilding industry, we recently read the Proceedings of the Japan Shipbuilding Society from 1983 to 1986 and found ten papers related to crack arrest.
