在一台数控系统中,同时要执行两种功能。一种功能需要高速处理,例如,插补计算和伺服控制。另一种功能可以用较低的速度去处理,例如,读入指令数据,和机床接口的顺序控制。日本电气公司(NEC)的M系列NEDAC(日本电气数字自动控制装置)的数控装置,用简单的硬件结构得到较高性能和丰富的功能。该装置的基本结构是高速功能通过直接执行微程序来实现,而低速功能用宏程序来实现。本文介绍M系列NEDAC中的微程序技术。
In a numerical control system, simultaneously carries out two kinds of functions. A function requires high-speed processing, such as interpolation calculation and servo control. Another function can be processed at a lower speed, for example, reading command data and controlling the sequence of the machine interface. Nippon Electric Corporation (NEC) M Series NEDAC (NEC Digital Automatic Control Device) numerical control device, with a simple hardware structure to get higher performance and rich features. The basic structure of the device is high-speed function through the direct implementation of micro-program to achieve, and low-speed function with macro program to achieve. This article describes the micro-program technology in the M-series NEDAC.
