目的:探讨品管圈应用于呼吸内科护理中的临床效果。方法:选取2015年1月~2016年9月医院80例呼吸内科患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,分别给予常规护理及品管圈护理,每组各40例,比较两组护理后的护理服务质量评分、患者对疾病相关知识知晓率及患者满意度。结果:观察组患者的护理人员,其护理后专业护理水平、护患沟通能力、护理文书书写、病情动态掌握等护理质量评分,较对照组患者的护理人员明显提升(P<0.05);观察组患者对疾病相关知识知晓率,较对照组明显提高(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理服务满意度,较对照组明显提升(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动应用于呼吸内科护理管理中,能够明显提高护理服务质量及患者对疾病相关知识的知晓率,从而改善患者对护理服务的满意度。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of quality control circle in respiratory medicine nursing. Methods: From January 2015 to September 2016, 80 patients with respiratory medicine in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The patients were given routine care and quality control ring care respectively, 40 cases in each group. After comparing the two groups Nursing service quality score, patient awareness of disease-related knowledge and patient satisfaction. Results: The scores of nursing staff in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing staff in the observation group, nursing professional after nursing, nursing-patient communication ability, nursing document writing, Patients awareness of disease-related knowledge, compared with the control group was significantly improved (P <0.05); satisfaction with nursing care in patients in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: QA activities are applied in the management of respiratory medical care, which can significantly improve the quality of nursing services and patients’ awareness of disease-related knowledge so as to improve patient satisfaction with nursing services.
