目的了解大学生课余时间利用情况及生活习惯,为大学校园健康教育与健康促进提供政策建议。方法随机抽取安徽医学高等专科学校636名学生,使用自制调查表及大学生心理健康调查表进行问卷调查。结果在校大学生对“健康”的完整含义知晓率为10.7%;38.9%的人课余时间用于娱乐,4.6%用于运动,不同性别、生源地、专业类别学生的课余活动选择差异有统计学意义;在校大学生对校园体育设施设备满意度为40.0%;56.3%的在校大学生习惯在夜间12点及以后就寝;心理状况比较健康者占87%。结论大学生对于健康内涵的认识有待提高,缺乏运动及不良睡眠习惯在大学生中普遍存在。高校应着重培养大学生建立良好的生活行为方式,同时要重视大学生心理健康教育的开展。
Objective To understand the utilization of college students’ after-hours and their living habits, and to provide policy suggestions on the health education and health promotion of college campuses. Methods A total of 636 students from Anhui Medical College were enrolled in this study. Questionnaires were made using self-made questionnaires and mental health questionnaires. Results The rate of awareness among college students about the complete meaning of “health” was 10.7%; 38.9% of them spent leisure time on entertainment and 4.6% were on sports, and the differences of choice of after-school activities among students of different genders, students’ Statistical analysis shows that college students are 40.0% satisfied with the facilities of sports facilities on campus; 56.3% of college students are used to going to bed at 12 o’clock during the night and later; 87% are healthy. Conclusion The understanding of college students about the connotation of health needs to be improved. Lack of exercise and poor sleep habits are common among college students. Colleges and universities should focus on training college students to establish a good way of life behavior, at the same time we should pay attention to the development of mental health education of college students.
