辩证思维是指以变化发展视角认识事物的思维方式,通常被认为是与逻辑思维相对立的一种思维方式。辩证思维模式要求观察问题和分析问题时,以动态发展的眼光来看问题。而在医院的管理过程中,管理者也应从动态发展的角度去看待医院的管理,将医院的人性化管理融入到理性管理中,注重管理者权力分配的平衡关系,发挥出管理应有的效能。同时,通过医院的服务理念,创造感动服务,与患者产生心灵共鸣,实现人性化的互动服务,这样才能适应医院现代化发展的必然要求。
