用本体聚合制备聚苯乙烯(PS)/蒙脱土嵌入混杂材料,并对混杂材料用X射线衍射、差示扫描量热法、透射电子显微镜、红外光谱进行表征测试,发现在嵌入混杂材料中PS以双分子层嵌入蒙脱土层间,由于受到蒙脱土晶层的限制,PS的玻璃化转变发生很大的变化。
Polystyrene (PS) / montmorillonite were prepared by in-situ polymerization. The hybrid materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry, transmission electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy. It was found that when embedded in hybrid materials PS is embedded in montmorillonite layers with bilayers. Due to the limitation of the montmorillonite layer, the glass transition of PS greatly changes.
