1 病例简介患者 ,女 ,40岁 ,既往身体健康。体检时胸透发现右下肺内肿物。拟诊右下肺肿瘤入院。查体 :一般体检及化验室检查均未发现异常。Ｘ线正侧位胸片 ,右下胸腔与膈面交界处见一圆形 ,边缘光整 ,密度均匀的 7ｃｍ× 5ｃｍ大小肿块影。侧位该肿块靠后与后胸壁及膈紧密相连
1 case description Patients, female, 40 years old, past physical health. Chest thoracotomy at the time of physical examination found the right lower lung tumor. To be diagnosed right lower lung cancer hospitalization. Physical examination: the general physical examination and laboratory tests were found no abnormalities. X-ray is chest X-ray, the right lower chest and the diaphragm at the junction of a round, edge finishing, uniform density 7cm × 5cm size of the mass shadow. Side of the mass by the posterior chest wall and diaphragm closely linked
