目的检测乳腺癌前哨淋巴结中人乳球蛋白的表达情况,了解人乳球蛋白的表达对预测乳腺癌前哨淋巴结微转移的临床价值。方法采用免疫组化法检测驻马店市中心医院2011年7月~2012年9月共60例乳腺癌患者SLN中人乳球蛋白的表达情况,同时与常规病理检查比较,并比较转移组、无转移组患者的临床资料。结果 183枚SLN常规病理检查阴性101枚,其中17枚人乳球蛋白表达阳性,常规病理检查与免疫组化相比,检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人乳球蛋白可作为标志物来检测乳腺癌SLN中微转移情况。免疫组化方法检测人乳球蛋白在SLN中的表达可明显降低乳腺癌SLN的假阴性率。
Objective To detect the expression of human lactoglobulins in sentinel lymph nodes of breast cancer and to understand the clinical value of human lactoglobulin expression in predicting the micrometastasis of sentinel lymph nodes in breast cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of human lactoglobulins in SLN of 60 cases of breast cancer patients from July 2011 to September 2012 in Zhumadian Central Hospital. At the same time, compared with routine pathological examination, Group of patients with clinical data. Results A total of 183 negative SLNs were detected in 183 SLNs, of which 17 were positive for human lactoglobulin. There was significant difference between routine pathological examination and immunohistochemistry (P <0.05). Conclusion Human lactoglobulin can be used as a marker to detect micrometastasis in SLN of breast cancer. The immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of human lactoglobulin in SLN can significantly reduce the false negative rate of SLN in breast cancer.
