我院是一所集医疗、教学、科研为一体的大型临床教学医院,同时也是一所三级甲等医院,专业技术人员聚集,为此职称评审工作显得尤为重要。随着职称评聘工作的正常化,职称改革成为我院人事制度改革的重要组成部分。现就我院的职称评审工作的管理阐述几点见解。 科学化的管理,是职称评审工作的基础。1 了解现状,做好预测 我院现有专业技术人员1800余人,涉及16个职称系列,情况复杂。作为具体管理人员,一定要做到心中有数,利用计算机等现代化手段,建立一套完整的专业技术人员数据库,
Our institute is a large-scale clinical teaching hospital that integrates medical treatment, teaching, and scientific research. It is also a tertiary A-level hospital where professional and technical personnel gather. It is particularly important for the job title evaluation work. With the normalization of job title appraisal, job title reform has become an important part of our personnel system reform. Now I will elaborate on my opinion on the management of the title review of our institute. Scientific management is the basis for the job evaluation. 1 Understand the status quo and make predictions There are more than 1800 professional and technical personnel in our hospital, involving 16 titles and the situation is complex. As a specific management personnel, we must be very aware of the use of computers and other modern means to establish a complete database of professional and technical personnel.
