本文提出了一种新型固化剂固化氨酚醛树脂和糠酮树脂混合体系,并考察了该混合体系作为炭/炭复合材料致密工序浸渍剂应用的几种主要性能。结果表明:加入新型固化剂的混合浸渍剂的固化度为90%左右,呈现真实固化状态;混合浸渍剂中新型固化剂对体系的粘度没有影响,粘度由树脂本身决定;混合树脂体系中氨酚醛树脂/糠酮树脂质量比为2/8,新型固化剂添加量为糠酮树脂质量的8%时,该混合浸渍剂的灰分为847ppm,不合P、S等有害杂质元素,得炭率高达52%。该新型固化剂可用于炭/炭复合材料致密工序。
In this paper, a novel curing agent-curing mixture of formaldehyde resin and furfural resin was proposed. The main properties of the hybrid system as an impregnant for the densification of carbon / carbon composites were investigated. The results show that the curing degree of mixed impregnant added with the new curing agent is about 90%, showing the true curing state. The new curing agent in the mixed impregnant has no influence on the viscosity of the system, and the viscosity is determined by the resin itself. In the mixed resin system, Resin / furfural ketone resin mass ratio of 2/8, the new curing agent added amount of 8% of the quality of furfural ketone resin, the admixture of ash as 847ppm, P, S and other unwanted impurity elements, the carbon rate of up to 52 %. The new curing agent can be used for carbon / carbon composites compact process.
