本文观察了有机磷和拟除虫菊酯两类杀虫剂对家蝇飞翔肌线粒体能量偶联ATP酶(OS-Mg2+-ATPase)活性的影响。实验结果表明:不同有机磷和拟除虫菊酯对OS-Mg2+-ATPase活性的抑制能力存在差异。马拉硫磷、辛硫磷和乙酰甲胺磷在所测浓度范围内不同程度地抑制ATPase活性,而倍硫磷则激活ATPase活性;4种拟除虫菊酯对ATPase抑制能力的顺序是:氰戊菊酯>氯氰菊酯>溴氰菊酯>氯菊酯。有机磷和拟除虫菊酯在不同温度下对ATPase活性的抑制也不相同,即马拉硫磷和辛硫磷呈现正温度效应,而氯菊酯和溴氰菊酯则呈现负温度效应。
In this paper, we observed the effects of organophosphorus and pyrethroid insecticides on the activity of mitochondrial energy-coupled ATPase (Musca domestica-Mg2 + -ATPase) in Musca domestica. The experimental results show that: different organic phosphorus and pyrethroid inhibitory activity of OS-Mg2 + -ATPase differences exist. Malathion, phoxim, and acephate inhibited ATPase activity to varying degrees in the range of concentrations tested, while methamidophos activated ATPase activity; the order of inhibition of ATPase by four pyrethroids was: Inulin> Cypermethrin> Deltamethrin> Permethrin. Organic phosphorus and pyrethroids inhibited ATPase activity at different temperatures, that is, positive effects of malathion and phoxim, while permethrin and deltamethrin showed a negative temperature effect.
