目的研究针对性护理对内科患者服药依从性的影响。方法回顾性分析从2014年4月-2016年1月,在连州市连州镇中心卫生院诊疗的内科患者102例。依照数字表法分组,随机分为观察组和对照组各51例。其中对照组给予常规的健康宣讲、指导患者正确用药等常规护理干预,观察组则行针对性护理干预。对比两组患者服药依从性、生活质量评分情况。结果观察组患者服药总依从率为88.24%(45/51),显著高于对照组的68.63%(35/51);观察组患者饮食、精神、睡眠以及心理质量评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预措施可有效提高内科患者服药依从性,且能有效促进患者恢复,安全性较好,提高了生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of targeted nursing on medication compliance in medical patients. Methods A retrospective analysis of 102 cases of medical patients diagnosed and treated in Lianzhou Town Center Hospital from April 2014 to January 2016 was retrospectively analyzed. Divided according to digital table method, were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 51 cases. The control group was given routine health preaching to guide patients with proper medication and other routine nursing interventions, the observation group was targeted nursing intervention. Comparing the two groups of patients taking medication compliance, quality of life score. Results The total compliance rate of patients in the observation group was 88.24% (45/51), significantly higher than that of the control group (68.63%, 35/51). The scores of diet, mental status, sleep quality and mental quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Targeted nursing interventions can effectively improve medical patients adherence to medication, and can effectively promote the recovery of patients, safety is better, improve the quality of life, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
