一路飙升的燃油价格让2005年的世界航空业仍然无法摆脱整体亏损的阴影。但是“2005年大韩航空中国区的营业额比2004年增长了15.6%。”大韩航空青岛支店长金荣培说。早在1994年12月,大韩航空青岛至汉城的航班就已开航,至今已迈入第12个年头。到现在为止,航班数量由原来的每周4班次增加到19班次,每周至少可输送3700多人。“大韩航空在中韩交流乃至青岛与世界的交流中起着十分重要的桥梁作用”,一位政府官员如此评价。即使存在着种种不利因素,但依然无法阻止一些积极进取的航空公司逆势飞扬。大韩航空12年来在青岛不断上升的轨迹,就是一个很好的例证。究竟是什么原因使大韩航空在青岛的业绩稳步上扬呢?金荣培的解释是:“不断满足客户的需要,为客户提供尽善尽美的服务。”
