这是房地产史上少有的现象。从4月20日到5月20日,仅仅一个月的时间,中央各有关部委和北京市国土局、市建委就以平均两天一个的速度出台相关政策,采取新的举措。这些都指向了同一个词——房价。房价居高不下引起了上至中央领导,下至平民百姓的高度关注。从官方各种媒体的话题,到街头巷尾的议论;从政府工作会议的内容,到网民的争吵……关于房价问题的讨论毫无争议地成为“第一焦点”,高居舆论热度榜首。5月17日,“国六条”出台,把控制房价上涨纳入发展目标责任制,让这场讨论更加激烈。山雨欲来风满楼,在“国六条”之后,房价走势又将如何?楼市是否会出现新一轮的观望?
