在改革开放的今天,换单位、换地区工作已是司空见惯、习以为常的事了。人们不再终身依附于一个单位,不再为离开一个单位而患得患失,人事档案有地方管理,各项社会保险都可以上。近几年,内地不少年轻人纷纷南下,奔赴经济开放前沿或经济发展较快地区,如深圳、珠海等地。在这些跨省区流动的人流中,有一部分人却为养老保险关系的转移大伤脑筋,一些职工为跑“关系”搭出很多时间和精力,甚至被形容为“磨破嘴、跑断腿”。
In the days of reform and opening up, it is customary to change units and work in the area for common people. People no longer depend on one unit for their whole life. They no longer have to suffer from the loss of one unit. They also have local records in their personnel files, and all kinds of social insurance can do so. In recent years, many young people in the Mainland have gone southward and went to the forefront of economic liberalization or areas with rapid economic development, such as Shenzhen and Zhuhai. Some of these migrants flowing across the provinces and municipalities are still struggling with the transfer of pension insurance. Some workers have taken a lot of time and energy to run the “relationship,” and have even been described as “grinding their mouths and running down their legs ”.
