探讨不同氧孵育对比目鱼肌复合动作电位(CAP)的影响及可能机制。60~70 g雄性wistar大鼠比目鱼肌(SOL),不同氧K-R液孵育后固定两端肌腱,经电刺激使其等长收缩,对肌肉复合动作电位(CAP)的动态变化进行了观测;实验结束后测试标本Na+-K+-ATPase活性。结果表明,低氧孵育对肌膜兴奋性产生抑制;运动强度是影响Na+-K+-ATPase活性大小的关键因素,酶活性与CAP参数改变存在正向关系。
To explore the effect of different oxygen incubation on the composite action potential (CAP) of the soleus muscle and its possible mechanism. The dynamic changes of muscle compound action potentials (CAP) were observed in 60-70 g male SOL rats and different oxygen KR fluids after fixation. After the end of the test specimen Na + -K + -ATPase activity. The results showed that hypoxia incubation inhibited the excitability of myometrium. Exercise intensity was the key factor affecting the activity of Na + -K + -ATPase. There was a positive relationship between enzyme activity and the change of CAP parameters.
