工期、成本和质量是风电项目管理的关键。在分析风电项目基建期工期-成本-质量关系的基础上,构建了风电项目工期-成本-质量均衡优化模型,确定了决策变量和效用目标函数,阐述了Pareto蚁群算法的原理和计算步骤,并且通过分析风电工程施工网络计划,计算出关键路径和工期,用MATLAB编写Pareto蚁群算法程序对该模型进行求解得到Pareto解和综合效用值,并生成三维Pareto图,不仅验证了该优化模型的可行性,还为风电项目管理者提供了有效的决策依据。
Duration, cost and quality are the keys to wind project management.
