通过对我国社会历史条件的变化的研究,探讨市场经济条件下体育组织行为的新模式,从中分析体育组织行为对运动员心理架构的影响。运用政治学、经济学、和心理学的基本理论,结合中国市场经济发展的实际和体育组织行为的特点,分析运动员心理架构形成的过程。结论:人们在社会生活中的政治、经济关系、文化内涵已经改变;体育组织与运动员的关系的本质已经改变。因此,应建立起顺应时代要求的体育组织体制和体育组织行为模式。
Through the study of the change of social and historical conditions in our country, this paper explores the new mode of sports organization behavior under the condition of market economy and analyzes the influence of sports organization behavior on the psychological structure of athletes. Using the basic theory of politics, economics and psychology, combining with the actuality of China’s market economy development and the characteristics of sports organization behavior, this paper analyzes the formation process of athlete’s psychological framework. Conclusion: The political, economic and cultural connotations of people in social life have changed. The nature of the relationship between sports organizations and athletes has changed. Therefore, we should establish a sports organization system and a sports organization behavior pattern conforming to the requirements of the times.
