由于视频编码存在高计算复杂度与移动设备有限的计算资源之间的矛盾,因此,需要研究针对移动平台的视频编码模型.从帧内、帧间两个方面给出了低复杂度的编码模型,针对帧内预测编码给出最近分层预测的编码模型;针对帧间编码,给出宏块级复杂度预测模型,在整像素和亚像素级进行分组测试,在同等计算复杂度条件下,保留编码效率最高的模式.同时,根据移动功耗的分析,给出了复杂度率失真约束模型C-R-D(Complexity-Rate-Distortion).验证实验表明本文给出的编码模型,能够在保证编码性能的前提下控制编码复杂度,其复杂度为标准算法的1/2.
