顾桥矿斜巷提升系统采用的是无极绳牵引绳卡轨车,但原有系统设计在实际应用时存在一些不足,为了提高运输效率对系统进行升级改造,将道岔和门挡更换为气动式道岔和自动门挡,同时加入了位置矫正点和故障诊断功能。系统改造后卡轨车司机在车房内选定好路线后,系统会自动调整好道岔和门挡,大大提高了运输效率。
