在机械加工中,经常遇到加工非金属工件。图1所示的工件就是为援外生产的一种非金属工件。该工件材料为有机玻璃。要在这种厚度薄直径大的有机玻璃上加工出偏心距为3mm的孔是比较困难的。我们先是在钻床及车床上加工,结果不是孔的周围出现裂纹,就是整个工件碎裂。我们分析了造成这种情况的原因,设想是否可采用加热钻削的方法,经试用效果较好。具体方法如下。
