当今激烈的竞争环境和高强度的工作特点使得高新技术企业员工的工作压力与日俱增,由此带来的员工离职问题已经成为高新技术企业人力资源管理的突出问题。从积极心理学这一新的视角,考察高新技术企业员工离职倾向的发生机制以及幽默感在其中所起的作用具有重要现实意义。本研究以广州、深圳、东莞三地463名中小型高新技术企业员工为被试,考察幽默这一积极心理品质对员工离职倾向的影响,以及幽默在知觉压力和员工离职倾向关系中的调节作用。研究结果表明,高新技术企业员工知觉压力(失控感、紧张感)对离职倾向具有显著正向预测作用,幽默对离职倾向具有显著负向预测作用;幽默能够调节知觉压力(失控感、紧张感)对离职倾向的影响。因此,高新技术企业可以通过减轻员工压力,实施幽默管理,增强员工幽默感入手,降低员工离职倾向水平。
Today’s fierce competitive environment and high-intensity work characteristics make the work pressure of hi-tech enterprise employees increase day by day. The resulting employee dismissal issue has become a prominent issue in hi-tech enterprise human resource management. From the new perspective of positive psychology, it is of great practical significance to investigate the mechanism of the turnover intention of high-tech enterprise employees and the role played by humor. In this study, 463 employees from small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Dongguan were selected as subjects to examine the influence of positive psychological qualities of humor on employee turnover intention and the role of humor in the relationship between perceived stress and employee turnover intention. . The results of the study show that the perceived stress of employees of high-tech companies (control feelings and tension) has a significant positive predictive effect on turnover intentions, and humor has a significant negative predictive effect on turnover intentions; humor can regulate perceived stress (a sense of loss of control, tension). Impact on turnover intentions. Therefore, high-tech companies can reduce the pressure on employees, implement humor management, enhance employees’ sense of humor, and reduce the level of employee turnover.
