Li is the earliest Western Zhou bronze ware found in our country. The inscriptions inside the artifacts are the only unearthed documents that we can see so far. Therefore, since the unearthed, it has aroused widespread concern in the academic community, interpretation and research articles continue. However, for a long time, the inscriptions on the Lien Chan failed to make a clear and accurate interpretation. The reason is that there is a great deal of disagreement among various organizations on the recognition of the four key words in the inscription: “Aged, Ding, Ke, Wen”. This article reviews and discusses the different interpretations of “Sui Ding ” and “Ke Wen ” and elaborates on what they agree with and tries their best to unify the interpretation of Li Yi inscriptions.
