Primary CNS T-cell lymphoma (PCNSTL) accounts for less than 5% of CNS lymphomas. The authors analyzed 18 cases of PCNSTL clinical, morphological, immunophenotypic and molecular features. 15 were nonspecific peripheral T-cell lymphoma, 2 were T-cell sources and 1 was TCR-silent; 1 was ALK-positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma and 2 was ALK-negative anaplastic large cell lymphoma tumor.
