为加快实施“科技兴企”战略,提升自主创新能力,日前,春兰在进一步优化科研组织结构,形成创新体系的基础上,推出了“十一五”期间培养百位科技带头人的计划。据介绍,从今年下半年开始,春兰将对其国家级科研中心、技术中心和电器检测中心的组织结构进行“再造”,尤其是对为电器、自动车、新能源产业服务的近10个实验室进行整合,从而聚集资源,优化功能,促进互融,形成能够多出和快出科研成果的创新体系。与此相适应,春兰将通过各种措施,包括定向培训、设立预研项目、提供预研基金等,争取到2010年培养出数十个创新群体和一百位能主持重大项目的科技带头人。
