(一)615近交系小鼠生物学特性的研究 615近交系小鼠于1961年5月开始用我所饲养的昆明种白化小鼠和由苏联引进的C57BL黑色近交系小鼠进行杂交,获得杂交第一代后,严格按同胞兄妹连续交配20代以上得到一系棕色小鼠。按培育的年月命名为615近交系小鼠,现已培育20年、57代。在培育过程中其毛色和某些生物学特性已表现相对稳定。通过同系异体皮肤移植试验、毛色等位基因检测、混合淋巴细
(I) Biological characteristics of 615 inbred mice 615 Inbred mice were crossed in May 1961 with the Kunming albino mice I raised and the C57BL black inbred mice introduced from the Soviet Union. After obtaining the first generation of crossbreeding, a sibling brown mouse was obtained by strictly sibling siblings for more than 20 generations. The 615 inbred mice were named according to their years of cultivation. They have now been cultivated for 20 years and 57 generations. In the process of cultivation, its coat color and certain biological characteristics have been shown to be relatively stable.
