给出了中外现有硬齿面双圆弧齿轮齿形 ,分析总结了前人在硬齿面双圆弧齿轮齿形设计方面的工作 ;在此基础上 ,设计出针对齿面硬度大于 5 8HRC ,适用于低速重载齿轮传动的刮齿、磨齿双圆弧齿轮新齿形。用三维有限元对新齿形进行应力应变分析 ,计算结果表明新齿形的最大应力比GB/T1 2 75 9规定的齿形小 35 %。
Based on the analysis of the tooth profiles of double circular arc gear with hardened tooth surfaces in China and other countries, the existing double-circular arc gear profiles with hardened tooth surfaces are presented. Based on this, , Suitable for low speed heavy gear drive scraping, grinding double arc gear new tooth shape. The stress and strain of the new toothed were analyzed by using the three-dimensional finite element method. The calculated results show that the maximum stress of the new toothed shape is 35% smaller than that of the tooth profile specified in GB / T1 2 759.
