1葡萄蜜膏鲜葡萄汁500mL，蜂蜜250mL，葡萄汁以小火煎熬浓缩至稠液，加入蜂蜜，加热至沸，停火待冷后装瓶备用。每次取1汤匙，用温水化开饮用，每日1次。葡萄汁性味甘、酸、平，能滋肝肾，蜂蜜具有补益气血，润燥的作用，适用于秋季时咽干和口干等一系列干燥症状。
