为探讨 B细胞淋巴瘤 /白血病 - 2 (bcl- 2 )基因及其同源类似物 bax基因的表达与肺癌发生的关系 ,应用免疫组化 SP法检测了 5 1例肺癌患者的肺癌标本及其癌旁组织中 bcl- 2、bax的表达。结果显示 ,bcl- 2在肺癌中染色比在癌旁组织中深 ,bax在肺癌中染色比在癌旁组织中浅 ,两者之间均有极显著差异 (P<0 .0 1) ;bcl- 2、bax表达与肺癌的组织分型、患者的性别、吸烟史、临床分型、分期及淋巴结转移无关 (P>0 .0 5 )。提示 :1bcl- 2、bax在肺癌发生中具有重要作用。2在癌前病变组织中检测并比较 bcl- 2和 bax的表达 ,有利于肺癌的早期诊断。3可通过药物使 bcl- 2表达降低 ,促进凋亡 ,提高患者对放、化疗的敏感性。
To investigate the relationship between the expression of Bcl-2/bcl-2 gene and its homologue bax gene and the occurrence of lung cancer, immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect lung cancer specimens from 51 patients with lung cancer. Expression of bcl-2 and bax in paracancerous tissues. The results showed that bcl-2 staining was deeper in lung cancer than in paracancerous tissue, and bax staining was lighter in lung cancer than in paracancerous tissue. There was a significant difference between bcl-2 and bcl-2 (p<0.01); bcl - 2. Bax expression was not associated with histological type, patient’s gender, smoking history, clinical classification, stage, and lymph node metastasis (P> 0.05). Tip: 1bcl-2, bax plays an important role in the development of lung cancer. 2 Detection and comparison of bcl-2 and bax expression in precancerous lesions is helpful for the early diagnosis of lung cancer. 3 The drug can reduce the expression of bcl-2, promote apoptosis, and increase the sensitivity of patients to radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
