研究了控轧控冷工艺条件下低碳贝氏体钢轧制工艺与显微组织和力学性能的关系,比较了不同终轧温度和冷却方式对低碳贝氏体钢组织性能的影响。结果表明:试验钢的组织为具有较好强韧性的下贝氏体,且随着终轧温度的降低,晶粒变形比较严重;试验钢在终轧温度750℃时、水冷+空冷处理后得到较好的强韧性匹配。
The relationship between microstructure and mechanical properties of low carbon bainitic steel rolling process under controlled rolling and controlled cooling was studied. The effect of different finishing rolling temperature and cooling mode on the microstructure and properties of low carbon bainitic steel was compared. The results show that the microstructure of the test steel is lower bainite with good toughness and toughness, and the grain deformation is more serious with the decrease of the finish rolling temperature. When the finish rolling temperature is 750 ℃, the test steel is more water-cooled and air-cooled Good toughness match.
