本文报道了用特异性抗细粒棘球绦虫六钩蚴单克隆抗体鉴别细粒棘球绦虫卵和其他几种带绦虫卵的试验结果。试验用的抗细粒棘球绦虫六钩蚴单克隆抗体(EG06.4E5 mab),系以细粒棘球绦虫卵经相继用人工消化液处理和超声提取物免疫BALB/c鼠的脾细胞和骨髓瘤细胞融合的杂交瘤产生的。分别对细粒棘球绦虫卵和其他几种带绦虫卵进行了间接免疫荧光试验(IFAT)。免疫荧光试验经用蔡氏显微镜观察,显示4E5 mab对细粒棘球绦虫六钩蚴有特异
This paper reports the identification of Echinococcus granulosus eggs and several other tapeworm eggs using a monoclonal antibody against Echinococcus granulosus. The tested anti-Echinococcus granulosus monoclonal antibody (EG06.4E5 mab) was obtained by immunizing BALB / c mouse spleen cells with the Echinococcus granulosus egg by successive artificial digestion and ultrasonic extraction and Myeloma cells are fused to hybridomas. Indirect immunofluorescence test (IFAT) was performed on Echinococcus granulosus eggs and several other tapeworm eggs, respectively. Immunofluorescence assay was observed with Chua’s microscope and showed that 4E5 mab was specific to Echinococcus granulosus
