比较分析了两年桃树不同育性品种花器官中水解蛋白氨基酸和游离氨基酸含量的差异。结果发现:水解蛋白氨基酸,可育品种、部分败育品种主要累积在雄蕊中,而高度败育品种则主要累积在雄蕊之外的花器官中,并且前者比后者存在较好的酸、碱氨基酸平衡。花器官发育过程中,精氨酸早期积累达到峰值,游离脯氨酸累积出现两次高峰,可能分别部分来自谷氨酸和精氨酸的转化。脯氨酸、蛋氨酸、精氨酸、赖氨酸、天门冬氨酸、丝氨酸等与花粉育性存在着密切相关关系。另外,在花器官发育过程中,还有游离非蛋白氨类化合物参与氨代谢。
The differences of amino acids and free amino acids in the floral organs of two perennial cultivars with different fertility were analyzed comparatively. The results showed that the hydrolyzed protein amino acids, fertile varieties, partial abortion varieties mainly accumulated in the stamens, while the highly aborted varieties mainly accumulated in the flower organs outside the stamens, and the former had better acid and alkali than the latter Amino acid balance. During floral organ development, arginine peaked early, with the accumulation of free proline peaked twice, possibly due to the conversion of glutamate and arginine, respectively. Proline, methionine, arginine, lysine, aspartic acid and serine are closely related to pollen fertility. In addition, floral organ development, there are free non-protein ammonia compounds involved in ammonia metabolism.
