“四位一体”督导模式是督导管理工作的创新之举,措施切实可行:抓常规,建章立制,规范管理;抓协调,形成合力,齐抓共管;抓教学,增强实力,服务到位;抓交流,搭建平台,优化提升。此模式的建构与应用优化了教学管理工作,促进了培训教学质量的提升,形成了培训教学发展的合力,是管理提升的有益探索。
