(2014年4月4日)沪府发〔2014〕29号各区、县人民政府,市政府各委、办、局:市政府核定市文物局提出的新增市级文物保护单位共85处,归并入现有市级文物保护单位共3处,将纪念地点、保护地点、抗日战争纪念地调整为市级文物保护单位共47处,现予公布。各区县政府、各部门要按照《中华人民共和国文物保护法》等法律法规的要求,进一步贯彻“保护为主、抢救第一、合理利用、加强管理”的方针,本着对历史负责、对人民负责的精神,认真做好上海市文物保护单位的保护、管理和合理利用工作,处理好城市改造开发和历史文化遗产保护利用的关系,既注重
