介绍了动力试验车试验数据无线传输的原理和系统构成,设计了无线通信系统、数据采集和D/A转换电路及控制软件,给出了系统控制软件流程和抗干扰措施。应用表明,无线通信技术在牵引试验中的引入,可提高动力试验车的工作效率,降低牵引试验故障率,保障牵引试验结果的有效性。
This paper introduces the principle and system constitution of wireless transmission of test data of power test vehicle, and designs wireless communication system, data acquisition and D / A conversion circuit and control software, and gives the flow of system control software and anti-jamming measures. Application shows that the introduction of wireless communication technology in the traction test can improve the work efficiency of the power test vehicle, reduce the failure rate of the traction test, and ensure the validity of the traction test results.
